SLRG bathing rules

Bathing rules

  1. Children near the water must always be accompanied – small children must be supervised within arm’s reach!

  2. Never dive or jump into murky or unknown waters! – The unknown may hide dangers.

  3. Never enter the water after drinking alcohol or taking drugs! Never swim on a full or completely empty stomach.

  4. Air mattresses and swimming aids don’t belong in deep water! – They offer no real safety.

  5. Never jump into the water when overheated! – The body needs time to adjust.

  6. Never swim long distances alone! – Even the best-trained body can have a moment of weakness.
